The Customer is allowed the right to desist his/her order in a period of seven working days, counting from its reception, as it is recognised in the Article 44 of the Law 7/1996, January 15, of the Retail Trade Ordinance.

The Customer who desists his/her order may be required to take responsibility of the direct cost of the reimbursement of the item to Aplicaciones Industriales para la Gimnasia S. L. I.

The Client will have to communicate his/her desisting via email (hola@russesport.com) during that period of seven days. In this way, the Client may be indicated the process of reimbursement of the order (number of reimbursement, shipping method and delivery address).
